In the Limelight featuring Evelyn (Our Generation)

For Evelyn, being a natural drama queen is both a blessing and a course. Dressing up in fancy costumes and performing onstage, in the limelight, are the things she looks forward to during her dull, boring school year. But when the school play she's in begins to show similarities to her own life, Evelyn discovers a thing or two about friendship and respect. In the play, "Once Upon and Elf," mermaids, fish, fairies, a tiny elf and even a frog all come together to help a young girl learn an important life lesson. As the tale unfolds, Evelyn gains a better understanding of what it truly means to be different. Will she finally get the opportunity she's been waiting for and land that lead role? And like Iris, the character in the play who longs to express her individuality, will Evelyn ever get a chance to just be herself?
