It wasn't that unusual for Bobby Phillips to feel invisible now and then-like when he smiled at a super-popular girl and she seemed to look right through him. Bu what happens when this perfectly normal high school kid steps out of the shower one morning and can't see himself? It's not his imagination, and he isn't some mad-scientist type with dreams of taking over the world. Bobby doesn't try to become invisible. It just happens.
